How to do Yoga when the Body Cannot

Oh boy --- so i bypassed by intuitive knowledge last week, and took a run down a ski slope late in the day only to have a minor tumble with my 6 year that ended up breaking my tailbone and tearing the meniscus badly on my right knee. My sweet little one skied down the hill unscathed. I on the other hand had the embarrassing experience of being floated down in one of the yellow tobogans. Ahhhhh! Luckily, i did not crack my head open, so i am counting my lucky stars big time. But depression was not something i expected to follow this experience. I have not been able to exercise in over a week and my body chemicals are screaming for some action. Trying my best to do Yoga of the Mind but man, my body just needs to move. I have some old Kundalini Yoga tapes i'm going to do to get my pranyama flowing and perhaps work my upper body. May the force be with me!

Ahhhhh -- being in human form can be so challenging at times.
